SHIPPING INFORMATION

I. GENERAL INFORMATION

All items offered on alpenext are made to order. This means that when you place your order, we will print the item(s) just for you, one at a time for the best quality!

In certain circumstances, your order will be delivered in two packages. In this event, no additional charges will apply but it is possible that not all delivery methods are available.

II. AVERAGE DELIVERY TIME

We process orders from Monday to Friday, French time (unless otherwise indicated) and exclude public holidays taken by our carriers: New Year's Day, Labor Day, Christmas, etc...

Production time: 3 - 5 business days

Shipping time total: Standard Mode 10-12 working days, DHL Express Mode 8 - 10 working days


II. SHIPPING COSTS

Standard shipping costs €4.99 - FREE from €100 purchase.

DHL Express: €19.99 - Free from 10 items

We deliver almost everywhere. Only a few destinations are undeliverable (government restrictions or inability to ship): Afghanistan, Cuba, Crimea, Iran, Libya, Sudan, Syria and North Korea. In addition, very regular difficulties have led us to remove the following destinations from possible shipping countries: Saudi Arabia, Egypt and United Arab Emirates.

During busy periods and sales, delivery may take longer and some delivery methods may not be available.

Please note: After shipping the package, alpenext never asks the customer to pay additional fees.

III. ORDER TRACKING

You will first receive a confirmation email after confirming your order. Once your product has been made and is ready to ship, you will receive a new email with a link so you can track your order to your home! Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system and provide us with a valid tracking number.

If you are trying to track your package and no information is available, don't panic, it just means that the carrier has not yet processed your package.

If it exceeds the estimated arrival date listed above, please contact us at support@alpenext.com. We will check that there are no problems.

IV. INCORRECT ADDRESS

Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because:

  • If there is any incorrect or missing information that we can detect on our end, we may need to contact you for an updated delivery information, which may result in delays in the delivery of your order .
  • We are not responsible if your order is delivered to the wrong address or returned to sender (as all items would be donated right after returning to our warehouse)
  • In the event that you contact the carrier after your order has left our warehouse (in order to reship or redirect your package for example), we are not responsible in the event that this package is lost, stolen or damaged .
